Our approach
AccountMaker subscriptions can be downgraded or canceled at any time. If something does not work out, we would rather refund you than keep you unhappy.
- You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
- If you email us and ask for a refund, we will process it.
- No long-term contracts.
What this means in practice
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel or downgrade whenever you want. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were billed incorrectly or the service did not meet expectations, email us and we will make it right.
Yearly subscriptions
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we will work with you.
